RMBB will provide administrative support to clients pertaining to the above activities in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

RMBB Hotline will work closely with the appropriate personnel and/or consultants and sales organization to prioritize business and market access needs and communicate as needed on payer-issues and payer-specific strategies, wherever applicable

Includes assisting with the development of appropriate marketing materials common to this service (reimbursement guides, Insurance Verification Form)
